At NEC EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our streamlined process ensures your experience remains effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NEC EU account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original box with all tags attached, and include the printed packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location across the EU.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
